Diversity SHINES is our new Sexual Health Information Network and Educational Support program, providing free sexual health and wellbeing services with a whole-person approach.

Our Rainbow Umbrella Program in conjunction with Ventura County Behavioral Health provides P.R.I.D.E. (Parents & Professionals' Responsibility for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) training, an LGBTQ+ cultural competency training designed for youth-serving organizations, volunteers, parents, and youth themselves. This 4-hour P.R.I.D.E. (training aims to increase your knowledge and help you examine your behavior and attitudes to improve your ability to interact with intersecting identities and decrease LGBTQ+ stigmas, biases, and stereotypes through the sharing of relevant information, the incorporation of lived experiences, and interactive exercises our curriculum helps you to honor LGBTQ+ identities and create affirming spaces where individuals can be their authentic selves without fear or prejudice.

Founded in 2018, Spectrum Collaborative is an all-inclusive, free arts program that pairs young people of all gender identities and their allies between the ages of 12-18 years with skilled artists who mentor them in the areas of playwriting, monologue, poetry, dance, visual art, musical composition, photography, film making, podcasting, makeup, dance, and all other arts.
